30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of service completion, subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refunds May Be Issued When:
- Services have not yet commenced and you cancel within 7 days of signing
- We are unable to perform the agreed-upon services
- There is a material discrepancy between proposal and delivery
Refunds Are Generally Not Issued When:
- Services have been fully completed according to the agreement
- Cancellation occurs after work has substantially commenced
- Site conditions differ from those described by the client
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 30 days of service completion
- Provide your project number and detailed explanation
- Allow up to 5 business days for review
- We will discuss resolution options with you
