We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of service completion, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Full Refunds May Be Issued When:

  • Services have not yet commenced and you cancel within 7 days of signing
  • We are unable to perform the agreed-upon services
  • There is a material discrepancy between proposal and delivery

Refunds Are Generally Not Issued When:

  • Services have been fully completed according to the agreement
  • Cancellation occurs after work has substantially commenced
  • Site conditions differ from those described by the client

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 30 days of service completion
  2. Provide your project number and detailed explanation
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for review
  4. We will discuss resolution options with you
