3. Payment Terms
- Consultations: Initial consultations are complimentary.
- Small Projects: Payment due upon completion.
- Large Projects: Progress payments based on milestones.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACME Environmental Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.
